The web app sends out the emails instantaneously. If you have tried to register via a company email address and have received no email, please contact your in-house IT department. It might be that your firewall is blocking the sending address. Another possibility is that the email has ended up in your spam folder – please check this, too. If several minutes have gone by without your receiving an email either in your inbox or in your spam folder, this may be because your server (including e.g. GMX, Yahoo, etc.) retrieves emails sent to you at longer intervals and not continuously. In this case, please wait or select “Verifizierungsmail überspringen“ (“Skip verification email”) in the email verification. If you have an alternative email address, please use it.
